Cedar & Hearth exists because relocating somewhere unfamiliar shouldn't mean doing all the research yourself. I work with a small number of clients relocating to the Carolinas at a time — learning what matters to them, then curating the towns, properties, and introductions that make the decision clear rather than overwhelming.

This is closer to a private client advisory than a traditional real estate search. My job isn't to show you listings — it's to already know the answer before you ask the question.
